unrehearsed tunage "don't call it a reunion" gig
Just when you think it's safe to go back to LBG our left coasters are back in town and we are gonna play a couple of unrehearsed sets of songs we hope we remember - you be the judge.
Put the date on your calendar Sept 25. Lakewood Bar & Grill, 7PM till we run out of songs (anywhere from 30 minutes to 2-1/2 hours). When Squirrels Attack will be batting cleanup - and I could mean that very literally.
Save some brain cells - hopefully enough of mine have grown back since the Farewell Gig in April.
Is it just me or are we playing more now with 2 members in California than we did all of 2008? Whooda thunk it?

Shig Shag is Dead! Long Live Shig Shag!
Melissa and Jeff are both moving to the left coast in a couple of weeks so this edition of
Shig Shag V5.0 is kaput.
True to form we have thrown together a last minute gig which we will attempt without a single
practice (well we played last Dec for an hour but that doesn't count) this Sunday the 19th at
Lakewood Bar & Grill at 6:30 PM. You might want to get there 2-3 hours early to get ready
for this!!!!! We might redefine train wreck!!!! But show up, drink up, buy Mel mucho shots,
and cheer on Hoo Hoo girl one last time!
We plan to play for 1-1/2 hours or until we run out of tunes (could be real quick). More details
to follow.
We love you guys and thanks for hangin' with us for the last 10 years!
